It is an annual event where a whole bunch of us get <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">together</span> and enjoy a weekend of great weather, good friends and lots of fun!!! I love to <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">wakeboard</span> and because the weather was so great decided to go out a few times. I was getting tired, but decided to clear the wake one last time before wrapping it up and going back in. I landed on the second wake kind of funny and one of my feet came out of the bindings, my other foot, with the board still attached, turned outwards and really <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">strained</span> my knee. I was in a lot of pain and had to be pulled out of the water....yikes!!!<br /><br />Needless to say, I have had a week of NO <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">cardio</span> and have only been able to workout my lower body once. I had stood in the mirror too many times and not liked what I had seen. I decided that there needed to be a change and a drastic one at that. I was the kind of person who had always read Oxygen magazines and I wanted to be fit, this lead me to <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">Mindi</span> O'Brien. </span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">I set up a meeting/consultation with her and after speaking with her I was hooked. I had agreed to compete in two competitions and was ready for the challenge. Little did I know that the challenge <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">Mindi</span> was about to hand me was not quite what I thought it was going to be. </span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">I trained hard everyday and ate well (most days). I saw the results and loved what I saw. The more I lived this clean and healthy lifestyle the easier it became, the control became addicting.</span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">I stepped on the stage of my first competition confident in myself. It was amazing...I didn't place, but an audience choice award was nothing to frown about.</span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">I walked out of <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">Palais</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">Royale</span> that evening more determined then ever.
